i2EX NC150 is a ready to use mixed bed resin comprising strong acid cation and strong base anion gel type resin in chemically equivalent ratio. It is for one-use application. It is fully regenerated and cleaned according to the specifications of semiconductor industry. As a final ultra pure water polisher, it can meet the requirement of ≥15megohm.cm quality water with low TOC and silica leakage subject to a certain required quality of influent water.
