Ultrapure water refers to the water with resistivity greater than 18 MΩ*cm (25 °C) or close to 18.3 MΩ*cm (25 °C). Our high-quality UPW resin series is designed specifically to apply in semiconductor industry and power plant with high performance required (resistivity greater than 18 MΩ*cm). Ultrapure water is mainly used to develop ultra-pure materials, such as semiconductor original materials, nano-fine ceramic materials, and water for nuclear power industry. Our resin is in uniform particle size and its stable chemical and physical properties able to yield excellent operation capacity. Production of semiconductor devices and large-scale integrated circuits requires big volume of UPW resins to produce ultrapure water.
