Sales Coordinator

Position Level Fresh/Entry Level Requirements - A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. - 2 or more years of experience as sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous. - Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and multitask. - Proficient in relevant computer applications and software. - ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 & OSH ISO 45001:2018 Knowledge Responsibilities - Sales Support: Support sales team by managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, reporting sales data, managing customer relationships, and filing important documents. - Customer Service: Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. - Inventory Management - Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers. - Sales Strategy: Work with staff members from other departments such as marketing, operation, and financing to optimize sales. - Order Processing: Enter order information into the company database and ensure that orders from customers are met timely and accurately.
